Be A Part Of
  • Co-develop, manage, refine, and execute our sales strategy, building and refining sales processes for Rainday insurance
  • Creating new sales processes and a strategy for scale
  • Help build and lead the sales team and coordinate with our marketing department and partners
  • Meeting our sales goals and developing our products to be better as we grow
  • Closing deals, drive new written premium and help the company’s success
  • Continuously improving products, learning, bringing new channels and work closely with all teams
  • Identify opportunities and coordinate activities while working on the local and US market sales processes, understanding different stakeholders

Requirements
  • You want to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment with collaborative company culture
  • 5+ years of experience of sales/business development
  • Have experience managing a sales team and planning sales strategies
  • Experience working on new products 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Self-driven, obsession with execution and reaching goals
  • Managing sales pipeline, track records and forecasting
  • Available for travel to strengthen relationships
