  • Building and increasing distribution of insurance products across all groups

  • Continuously improving products, learning, bring new channels and work closely with all teams
  • Identifying opportunities and coordinating activities while guiding the US market penetration

  • You have built teams from ground-up, have a proactive approach and are self-driven
  • 10+ years of experience of sales/business development/expantion/growth initiatives
  • You have experience in managing sales pipeline, tracking records and sales forecasting
  • You have experience in generating new leads and managing a P&L
  • Fluent English
  • You are available for travel to strengthen relationships
